Social Media Tells You What Your Customers Want!

Big corporations spend billions and billions of dollar every year to get some feedback from their customers and make money so they can apply the new information to the best of their ability in order to make their customers happy. And to make them happy they need to continually deliver exceptional value.

The customer is king, right? So, how are small businesses, like an Internet Marketer, doing everything they possibly can to make money online, able to aquire all that valuable information without spending vast amounts money they simply do not have in the first place?

Let me be really clear about this – once you have that golden piece of information, the information that brings delight to your customer, your Internet Marketing business potential is limitless. Just give the customers what they want, keep them happy and they’ll keep you happy!

SurePayRoll conducted a poll which brought to light exactly the results expected: twenty percent (20%) of the small business owners had acquired at least one brand new customer as a direct result of using the amazing power of social media. 55% said that online social networking has a big place in the business world and would increasingly feature in their businesses.

If you are one of those hungry people, with a real ravenous appetite to seriously learn how to make money online, then I can tell you that online social media has already produced spectacular results. So just try to think about how much it could help your Internet Marketing business if you start using it right now, while it is still hot and popular and on everybody’s mind.

It is easy to use, is accessible and free.

So, why am I even trying to convince you to get on this ride? I am pretty sure as a reader of my blog that you already understand the importance of social media for your business.

Once you are part of the social media scene, listen to everything your customers have to say about you, your company and your competitors. Here’s a selection of tools that will give you a significant advantage and before you know it you will have accessed one of the most underrated suite of tools that can help you make money working online.

Use Facebook and Twitter and Myspace, YouTube, Digg and LinkedIn ( real favorite of mine) and make yourself present in your customers’ world: – Put a video on YouTube, don’t be scared to show your customers that you are a live human being; – Start a blog and share your knowledge with your potential clients; – Go to spots like Yahoo Answers and give solutions to people’s problems, gain their trust and therefore their business; – Join forums and groups, like the http://www.honestworkfromhomesuccess.com

Keep on being very active on all those Social Media mediums and you will skyrocket your business potential and profits!

May your success be more than you can hold!

I think this year has become the year of given social marketing the right importance. I don’t think that anyone would’ve imagine how big twitter is now and how many are using it for marketing.

Great points here Kevin!

It definetely works.
