A real life experiencie of which we all can learn something valuable

As an author and television producer I was looking for a change in fortune about a year ago. Tired of all the red slips and television executives turning down my ideas and, in some cases, using them for themselves, I decided to take matters into my own hands and become my own financial backer for the projects that I wanted to develop.

I didn’t want to change careers per se, but to develop something that would allow me the freedom I needed to pursue the career I was in more effectively. For those of you who want to change careers completely the same opportunities that I found online can help you to accomplish your own goals.

I wanted to make money online enough so that I could begin to fund my own projects, so I started trading in the commodity exchanges online. In my first trade I invested $1,000 dollars into a single corn contract and within two months had earned a profit of over $14,000 dollars. I felt I was on my way. The only problem was that I didn’t realize how fast prices could move against my positions and found myself back to where I started but in an even shorter period of time. I was left with little profit but with high hopes. I still trade in commodities, but it is a high-risk enterprise and should only be entered as such, with the proper knowledge, training and expectations.

But was there something else out there that could offer what commodity trading does but without the risks involved? My search went on.

I discovered something called hybrid marketing and quickly learned that I could use the power of the internet to make money and to achieve the financial freedom that I was looking for. Hybrid marketing works on a similar principle to that of franchising but business is expanded on a person to person basis, rather than through the building of physical structures. In this system a given individual can tie into the hybrid marketing company’s already formed system of distribution with virtually no investment or start up fees and develop his or her own global business, right from the corner of his own room or office – all via the internet. Changing careers online has proven to be a life saver for me. Now I make money working online and with my old job. I have time for both.

A very interesting post. I did a similar thing regarding changing careers to spend more time with my love of art. The thing about being creative is you need to have a cash cow, that pays your bills and then “bingo” away you go. Forex was my route but I studied for about 8 years before putting it all together. Too long. Procrastinate and you will die trying, just do it. if it fails do it again. ad infinitum. cheers
